Working principle
The bag-picking robot grabs the materials from the pallet onto the leveling conveyor to level the material bags. Then it is lifted to the entrance of the bag unloader. During the gravitational fall of the material bags, the built-in cutting device of the equipment breaks the material bags. The automatic bag shaking device ensures that the materials are fully discharged. After being sieved by the vibrating screening machine, the materials are conveyed to the next process. The waste bags are flipped into the waste bag collection area by the automatic bag shaking device and then fall into the waste bag collector by pneumatic pushing, completing the entire intelligent feeding process.
