Overview
This equipment takes up a small space and can reduce civil construction costs. It uses negative pressure reverse conveying to transport raw materials, which not only lowers the cost of raw material handling but also greatly eliminates dust pollution. It provides a fully automated and environmentally friendly batching solution and can be used in conjunction with internal mixers, mixers and other equipment for efficient production. It is widely used in industries such as rubber, plastics, food, electronics, medicine, and color masterbatches.
This equipment is operated by a computer. After inlaying and establishing the corresponding formulas and related parameters for various products, the equipment can be started. The equipment automatically delivers each raw material to the metering bin in a fixed quantity according to the formula for temporary storage, waiting for the material calling signal from the equipment below to notify for discharging. Once the discharging is completed, the next batch of metering operations will be initiated immediately. The system will fully record the weighing values, cumulative usage values and other data of each batch of formulas during the weighing process, for subsequent investigation.

System function
The MES functions include the control of raw material inflow and outflow in storage tanks, formula setting, production pre-scheduling, batch production records, barcode records, formula records during the execution process, work order production consumption records, and abnormal message record query, etc. It also provides a manual interface to accept the issuance and upload of work orders and other data from the upper-level ERP (refer to the data import and export instructions), and can be integrated with other management systems to achieve the connection between on-site production management and the enterprise management system.
