Functional scope
The WS8D-9P-UT-BC micro-ingredient scale is used for measurement and ingredient mixing. It can simultaneously weigh and mix dozens of small-proportion raw materials and provide a service solution for simultaneous ingredient mixing of multiple small ingredients, meeting the measurement and mixing requirements of complex formulas. It is mainly used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Structural principle
The WS8-9P-UT-BC consists of a material lift, a feeding bin, an HT28-38 feeder, a combined metering scale, a unloading machine, a manual batching scale, a heat sealing machine, a dust removal system, an industrial control computer and MES software, forming an intelligent small material batching system.
The materials are manually input into the storage bin. It is equipped with a scanning code to open the bin and prevent mistakes. The intelligent controller drives the BVS89-50 feeder. The weight handling module performs high-speed calculations and compares the weighing value with the calibrated value. It provides real-time feedback and corrects the output of the feeder to ensure that the accuracy of each batch of formula materials is ± 0.2% error value. Modular design, flexible configuration, and adaptability to different scene requirements.
Working principle
The multiple sets of feeders on this equipment can operate simultaneously. The feeding conveyor will automatically send the weighing buckets that have been weighed at the previous metering station to the next metering station. The operator only needs to place an empty weighing bucket on the conveyor at the entrance of the machine, and then take the weighed formula raw materials (weighing buckets) at the outlet end of the conveyor. Under the conveyor, there is a fixed base for weighing platforms. All weighing platforms are fixed on the base. At the bottom of the base, there is an automatic lifting mechanism. When the weighing bucket is conveyed above the weighing platform, the weighing platform rises to lift the bucket for measurement. After the measurement at this station is completed, the weighing platform descends and leaves the bucket, and the bucket is sent to the next station.
